I've been truly aware of my partners porn addiction for 7.5 months. Through being on RebootNation and meeting a lot of partners over there, I've learned a lot of great helpful resources.
I've mentioned the book Love You, Hate The Porn in the "Share with your partner" section. That book is not only healing as a couple, but if you read it for yourself it is very helpful.
Another book is Sex Addiction: The Partner's Perspective: A Comprehensive Guide to Understanding and Surviving Sex Addiction For Partners and Those Who Want to Help Them by Paula Hall.
Those books have been great for my own understanding of what is going on and why. A book that is specific for partners that I've been going through slowly is "Facing Heartbreak: Steps to Recovery for Partners of Sex Addicts" by Stephanie Carnes. There have been some useful things in that book I learned to do and ask for in recovery.
Fight The New Drug has been a great place for me to learn about porn addiction along with Your Brain On Porn. I think the best thing that helped me in the beginning was researching porn addiction, causes, effects, and treatment. I learned as much as I could so I could understand what my partner was going through and how the situation happened. I also researched a lot about partner recovery, and the effects of porn addiction on partners. That put me at ease because at first I couldn't understand why I reacted the way I did (PTSD reactions) but then researching the effects on partners, a lot of partners end up with PTSD or C-PTSD symptoms.
Those are just some things that have helped me along the journey of recovery
